Return Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. We have a 30 day money back guarantee on most items, with some exceptions.

-Yarn needs to be in its original condition and not smelling of cigarette smoke in order to be accepted for return.

-Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or special orders or digital downloads.

Classes

Classes must be prepaid and are nonrefundable.  If for some reason you cannot attend, you can attend the same type of class when there is space available.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
